Good luck with  getting your call centre up. I hope you can have
everything up and running like you like.

You can have a links on the desktop that has everything the person
would use. Calculator, Home folder, Firefox, Email client and other
office tools. You can just have what is needed. You don't need for
firefox to come up at the start you may have files on the Shared folder
account that need to be read first.

P.S. Of course you going to uninstall GAIM, other Games and Music
Player for work reasons.
