Bluetooth MS mouse

Hi,
Just installed kubuntu breezy - it's cool
Am new to linux
Have a bluetooth intellimouse explorer - it works but not the wheel.  Have 
tried xev and the wheel does not register.
Have tried hcidump and find that begin wheel movement and stop wheel movement 
registers - but it appears as though xorg can't see it.
Can anyone help get the wheel going?
