HOW-TO: Giving up Ubuntu

Hi David,

Not quiet what I was trying to convey...

My personal opinion is much the same as yours (I assume) in regards to
MS. I dont like the comapny, I dont like their software and I don't like
their philosophy. "I don't like" could just as easily be replaced with
"hate" untill a stronger feeling is invented.

However, when a person explains that Windows OS suits them fine and they
couldnt care less about Linux, Windows, Mac, etc. As long as it works
for them - they are happy and don't think that learning a new OS
out-weighs the return (I disagree but thats an opinion of majority of ma
and pa PC market). Based on that, I really can't see the point of people
who are hard core users of different OS hang shit on them so to speak,
just because they opinion differs. Thats what I was trying to explain.

I was also trying to say that Linux is no longer a hobby OS. It is in
the enterprise market and that in it self makes Linux commercial, you
can buy it, you can sell it, you can buy and sell services related to
it... So those who fail to evolve and of an opinion that it should be a
hobby OS, take Linux community back a decade or so.
