Just drop a blank CD in the drive. A file manager window will pop up
that will let you add any files you want to it. When ready, just
"File/Write to disc" to begin burning your new CD.
If you want to create an audio CD, though, you'll need a program like
graveman or one of the fine programs mentioned by others.
