Total and partial mirror of ubuntu

Hi

The university where I work this interested one in turning in mirror
official of Ubuntu, exists some document that explains which is the
procedure.

To personal way am I try of constructing a partial mirror of ubuntu only
with the architecture x86, this documented like to do it?
