Ndiswrapper invalid driver

I trying to get my wlan runing:

lspci:
 Broadcom Corporation BCM4306 802.11b/g Wireless LAN Controller (rev 03)

ndiswrapper and the utils are there. 

sudo ndiwrapper -l
Installed ndis drivers:
bcmwl5  invalid driver!

I tryed all the Windows driver, end up always with the same invalid
driver message.

what's wrong here?
