Its because Win2k and XP have net send service enabled by default. If 
you had your XP firewall on you wouldn't of seen this.

Its a batch script that runs through IP addresses, if you know a Win2k 
or WinXP user without a firewall, chances are you can send them a 
message like this:

C:\> net send ip.ip.ip.ip All your base are belong to us.
