I don't actually. I noticed a none of the KDE games were available, but
I don't normally use Linux on the desktop, so I wasn't aware that there
was a difference between an Ubuntu install + KDE and Kubuntu. Further,
my understanding is that Ubuntu will contain NO Gnome apps if you
choose the "server" option during the install.
Further reading after I posted reveals this page on KDE in Ubuntu
<http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/InstallingKDE>, which seems to
(poorly) address the original poster's question.
