[Hoary] using the Warty kernel ?

Does this mean that in Ubuntu you can point to warty and hoary
repositories and not have to pin apt to avoid dependency problems? (In
Debian, if you want to point to testing and unstable you have to tell
apt how to pick the packages you want. If you don't, or if you do it
wrong, you quickly start having trouble installing packages.)
