How to show mounted windows partition in Computer

It shouldn't!  Places will only list default places (currently: Home
Folder and Desktop) removable media (like CDs and USB disks), Network
mounts, and any place you bookmark(ed) from the GNOME open/save file
dialog.

If you want the root of a file-system to display on Places, add it to
"/.gtk-bookmarks".  Here's what my "~/.gtk-bookmarks" contains:
        file:///media/hda3
        file:///media/hdb1

(You can't bookmark a *device* that appears in the GNOME open/save file
dialog.  Maybe this should be considered a bug?)
