Postfix and Courier will not receive mail

Lance,

This seems to be a tricky one! If you care to trust me for about an
hour, I'd be happy to log in to your machine and look directly. I'm not
offering to be your IT magician, as I'm not sure I could provide the
response you probably need, but I'm happy to take a look at this problem
for you if you like.

If you are not comfortable with letting a complete strange on to your
server, then I quite understand that too!
