"Anglocentrize" option?

A friend of mine and I were wondering if there is some option to disable
take the "Input Methods" menu entry out of the right click menu on input
areas. We never use it, and it just adds to the clutter. I searched in
the Configuration Editor, but couldn't find anything that seems
relevant.

Any thoughts?
