XFCE4 dependencies

XFce 4.2.1 just began its archive sync _this_ morning.  It will take at
least half a day more to get anywhere close to completion (barring any
FTBFS).  Thanks for your patience; the XFce team is working hard to make
4.2.1 a reality for Hoary.
