Monitor not detected-can I report this?

Had the same problem, Warty detected the monitor fine, but not Hoary.
You must file a bug in Bugzilla about it.
In case you have the same monitor as me, might be best to just add yours
to my bug : https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=6875
