acpi_power_off -> no shutdown

I had this problem on Warty but was solved when upgrading to Hoary.

Hoary preview is stable--no need to wait for the final if you want.
Just change references in your /etc/apt/sources.list from "warty" to
"hoary",

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
