Thanks Daniel! "configure-debian" is nothing more than an acces point
with menu to debconf, that is to say "dpkg-reconfigure"... The only
difference is that the "sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales" command is
issued via a terminal instead of configure-debian's minimal GUI. No
difference. Yet the GUI is handy for those who are not aware of all
that may be reconfigured via dpkg. It's good for getting an "overview"
of reconfiguration options.
