Hoary: UTF-8 conversion. I think I experience minor problems

Unfortunately it fails in the second stage (renaming files in $HOME)
with:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/utf8migrationtool", line 91, in change_setup
    os.rename(oldfile, newfile)
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

[1]+  Done                    sudo utf8migrationtool

At least it displays me a list of my files that need change :)
