Hoary: UTF-8 conversion. I think I experience minor problems

Thanks, but unfortunately this does not say more than what I did ("sudo
dpkg-reconfigure locales")

Matt Zimmerman mentioned that there is a package "utf8-migration-tool"
that was finished too late for the release. I'm checking it out now
