  Ubuntu is Debian from the technological side. Portage is Gentoo 
technology. Whatever solution is better it's a personal choice. But 
mixing Ubuntu with Getnoo's Portage is senseless.

  I would rather prepare an meta package based on Ubuntu-desktop package 
if I would like to have Ubuntu/Gentoo.
