The best option in Ubuntu is to use Synaptic, which provides a nice
graphical configuration tool for sources.list, and is nicely wrapped with
sudo like the other administration tools. I'm not sure whether Kynaptic has
it or not; Synaptic isn't currently included in Kubuntu.
