Sorry, does not look like any teams are started for Morocco.
Maybe you would like to start one yourself?

If you are familiar with IRC check #ubuntu and see if you can
find anyone from Morocco who is interested and together start
your own group. Or just create your own wiki page and send
and announcement to the mailing list, thats what I did.
