How do I install on a second harddisk

Using the install cd's partitioner, you can pick off the existing
partitions and delete them, creating free space.  Then chose "guided
partitioning".

You only really need one partition for everything anyway.

If you hosted several hundred web pages and ran a mail server, you
probably should have a more sophisticated partitioning scheme, but for
a desktop...
