libmetakit-python broken in ubuntu hoary

I used the less invasive packaging change this iteration, though the
fixes involved hacking hard-coded paths in unix/configure.in (yuck!).
Will investigate a "proper" metapackage solution in the near future.

It has been fixed and uploaded in 2.4.9.3-1ubuntu1.
