DVD install/live report

So, I finally got myself a DVD burner, and tested the 20050312 i386 DVD:

  * Boot screen incorrectly claimed that it defaulted to booting the
Ubuntu live system, whereas that's not true (you have to type 'live'
    to get that).

    [Fixed for today's DVD build.]

  * Install wanted me to insert the DVD again in the second stage, which
shouldn't be necessary. strace reveals that it's looking for gs and
gs-gpl. I'm sure Matthias fixed various inappropriate or-ed
dependencies pre-Warty which caused more or less the same problem,
but some of these fixes may have regressed. Otherwise fine.

  * Live got through d-i fine (although I'm sure "Preparing for live
session" has got a lot slower than it used to be), but the X server
failed to start and I was unable to provide any input to "Would you
like to view the X server output to diagnose the problem?", not even
Ctrl-Alt-Del. However, init script output suggests that this is due
to kernel/module ABI breakage, so this should fix itself in time.
