DLINK DWL-G650+ Connection to Router Issue

G'day all. I have just moved to Ubuntu from Debian and FreeBSD. Decided
to get a laptop to run Linux and join my wireless network. What an
interesting journey this has been !!!!!

I am using ndiswrapper and using the GPLUS.inf file that comes with the
PCMCIA card. I am using WEP as the encryption mechansim.

The Wireless card is working in all areas but cannot connect to the
router. 

Here is a dunp from iwlist to confirm this:
