Turkish (Q) Layout is missing

This bug does not solve the problem. I have ubuntu 5.04 installed and I
can see Turkis Q keyboard. I can select it as well. However, instead of
having a Turkish keyboard I get US keyboard.

I tried to write something turkish using openoffice and could not
succeed.

BTW. I normally use UK keyboard and my default keyboard is GBr.
