screen resolution on hp pavilion zd7000

i have a zd7000 geforce go5600 17" wxga running @ 1440x900x24. here's
the card,monitor,screen sections from my xf86config-4...

as noted, the nvidia driver causes intermittent flickering so i use the
generic nv one. you could try upgrading the nvidia driver but it didn't
work for me.
