Hoary installed 2X - Laptop Display is too small after installation

Thanks for your reply Vincent.

Warty WAS working fine on my Laptop. I had to remove
it when I installed Hoary.

Warty's display on the Lattop were magnificent. It's
Hoary that's the problem - giving me only a 640 x480
resolution choice.

I will try your suggestion about running 'sudo
ddcprobe' and hopefully that will do the trick

Unfornuately, because Warty is no longer on the Laptop
I haven't got its '/etc/X11/xorg.conf' file anymore.

But I will look at Hoary has and will see if there is
anything I can do with it.
