Duel boot with NTFS?

What do you mean by difficult ?

On my desktop I go through the normal Warty install process, and when
it's done it tells me "Found the following Operating System: Windows
NT/2000/XP, do you want to install a Boot Loader", after clicking yes,
I have a perfectly bootable XP/Ubuntu.
