Will there be an official "Upgrade Guide" ?

Hoary is getting close.. and I'm already hearing people ask how
difficult it will be to "upgrade" from Warty to Hoary.
Also I think we need to consider the possible damage that things like
"Back ports" might do to the upgrade process, though I understand that
the Ubuntu organization can't be made to think of and account for all
customizations that users have made.
