gkrellm?

Hello

my gkrellm is using a lot of CPU cycle... from 5% to 10%... my machine
is a 2.5ghz, 1gb ram. gkrellm being so hungry causes xorg to use more
cycle also, which leads to some 20% CPU utilization when doing nothing..
If I kill gkrellm, then top informs me that CPU cycle is between 0 and
2%.. normal stuff.
It's been happening after some hoary dist-upgrade a few days ago..
Anyone experiencing a hungry gkrellm? I have grown so used to it, that
not seeing it on the desktop is very... uncomfortable :)
