New list suggestion - "ubuntu-testers"

At first this sounded to me like a very good idea,  but this message
reminded me that the Hoary testers, for example, are often the people
who answer the Warty questions... You could end up encouraging a split
between a mostly-newbie list and a mostly-experienced list, when what
you want is the two groups together.
