Printing in a Windows Printer server

Hi all,
I'm using hoary, and in my company we have a 
Windows 2003 printer server (planned to migrate 
to cups, but not now...)

When I'm navigating with nautilus smb://printerserver,
he dont show the printers... why?
and, whith gnome-cups-manager I have to fill login
and password to print in a smb printer. If I change
my pass, the gnome-cups-manager lock my account because
he use the old pass...

There are another printer assistent more intuitive? or,
more easy to use? The users want to simply point and
click, not explore entire network to discover the printer
name...
