You'd have to install it from Breezy. Here's what my
'apt-cache policy subversion' says:

subversion:
  Installed: 1.2.0-1ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.2.0-1ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 1.2.0-1ubuntu1 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com breezy/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     1.1.1-2ubuntu3 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com hoary/main Packages

Of course, if you install out of Breezy, Subversion may have
a ton of dependencies that are themselves only available in
Breezy -- which might make your life complicated. But there
you go.
