You could try this link:

http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/

Then download one of the .deb files and install (sudo dkpg -i *.deb)

You first have to completely uninstall the current Oo version though.

Note: I have NOT tried this yet.. Proceed at your own risk. :)
