It's not too difficult to use fetchmail - procmail and call bogofilter
from there. I prefer this method as I use Maildir's with various
clients, like mutt, evolution, and thunderbird. I don't know your setup
or skill level but I'm sure people would be happy to help if you'd like
to give it a shot.
