Printer Help

I am having some problems printing to a Windows shared printer. I was
able to set it up before, but now when I try to print to it, it fails.

THis is the error I get from CUPS:

 Printer State: processing, accepting jobs.
"Unable to connect to SAMBA host, will retry in 60 seconds...ERROR:
Connection failed with error NT_STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL"

But, when I try to log in and give an admin user and pass, it won't
accept it. And if I try to setup the printing through the gui, it
won't allow me to enter in a username and password. Everything that I
enter comes back as unauthorized. So, I enabled Root thinking that
was needed, but root can't even modify or add printers.

Any idea?
