Ubuntu Font

I know I have asked this before however did we ever get any type of 
approval to use the Ubuntu Font that was developed by kassetra? I'd like 
to use it to make some Website banners and buttons, and wallpapers 
however I would like to use a standard decent font well the Ubuntu font 
to do so. If anyone knows where I can find it or the final answer we got 
on it, it would be greatly apreciated.
