Hi People,
Please take mercy on a Linux Newbie with erratic knowledge....
I have Ubuntu/PPC running nicely on an iMac.... I'd like to install
on a Old World Mac 7600. Officially it's a supported architecture if
I can figure out what the settings are for BootX.....
I have the Ubuntu install CD that worked nicely on my imac, and the
BootX Control Panel and extension combination for the old mac OS. i
know I have to have a vmlinux kernel to load by BootX for Linux
boot.... Does anybody know if it is possible to install on an Old
World Mac? What Kernel to use? What settings for BootX to boot
installer?
Peter
