Turn on the windows desktop sharing on your dads xp box (you need to
set a password for his account to login remotely). Then use the
command "rdesktop" to get into his box.
or
Go to Applications -> Internet -> Terminal Server Client and enter the
info in the dialog. Make sure RDP or RDPv5 is select as the protocol.
