Good point: I'm not sure that packages in main should depend
on packages in universe. Probably they shouldn't.

So Evolution is now properly installed on your end?

I should have mentioned also a more direct route to figuring
out which repository a package is in. After you've apt-cache
searched it, and you see that it's somewhere, do an
apt-cache show [packageName]. In the case of libecal1.2-3,
you'll see from the apt-cache show results below that it's
in universe.

(You may have already known this, but I thought I'd mention
it anyway.)
