Ogg Vorbis to MP3 Converter

I wrote a pair of scripts for doing recursive directory searches and 
conversion from wma->mp3. I'm sure the change for ogg conversion would 
be trivial. I used these two scripts to convert hundreds of files within 
hundreds of nested folders, so I know they work.
