Ogg Vorbis to MP3 Converter

Hi Troy,

I think one of th easyest way would be to use lame. In universe. Just 
make sure you have everything for mp3 conversion support (libmad0).

It's a command line tool, you can simply use it as follow

(lame infile.ogg outfile.mp3)
