turn off animation during minimize

I suspect this has been covered somewhere, but I've not been able to
find how to turn off Gnome's 'minimize window animation.'

At times the effect really bogs down my laptop.  I've searched through
the gnome-control-center stuff and can't find a place to turn this off.
I'm using Hoary.
