I assume you meant current instead of actual?  Very easy to get those
confused. ;-)

The current stable release of Mozilla Firefox is 1.0.6, and it's in the
Hoary Security repository, as you just showed.

It looks like 1.0.4 is in the Security pool, so it will be an older
security update that has been replaced by 1.0.6.  You could Google for
Ubuntu security advisories or browse the mailing list archives
<http://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-security-announce> for
more details.

People who are running 1.0.4 should get the latest version with:
# apt-get update
# apt-get upgrade

People who are running 1.0.2 should check they have the security
repositories enabled. :-)
