Hoary CD's DHCP didn't work

dhclient is used if you set an network interface in
'/etc/network/interfaces' to be 'dhcp'.

I've tried some fiddling to improve the retry time (particularly for
unreliable wifi networks) and I'm currently testing the following values in
'/etc/dhclient.conf':

  timeout 10;
  retry 1;
  reboot 3;
  select-timeout 2;
  initial-interval 1;
