 Hello,

Does anybody know a free and open source software that can create
and digitally sign a PDF document? Coz Adobe Acrobat Reader does not
have the feature to digitally sign a document. Adobe Acrobat
Professional and Adobe Standard has that feature. It has to work also
 in
 windows.

 Thanks,

 Michael Louie Loria
I believe OpenOffice will sign and export a document as a PDF.
