I did it by installing Tunderbird in Windows (fast & easy to do; a
Mozilla thing; assuming you're in a position to do this), then (a)
importing from OE, (b) exporting .vcf from Thunderbird (as mentioned
by Jeremy), and (c) importing the .vcf into Evolution.  However, I
experienced some minor data losses when I did this.
