VLC uninstalable in breezy

Hi!
Could you please try to pack vlc with the latest dbus and libhal?... I
have tried to compile it from source and have not succeeded. I run into
circular dependencies that I cannot solve and installing dbus-1 would
mean breaking many of the applications that are already compiled for
libdbus-1.1. I just can't install vlc at all, either from source or
binary in my system, which is an up-to-date breezy
