Couldn't load XKB keymap, falling back to pre-XKB keymap

Hi all:

I m having problems with the xkb extension in the latest breezy Xorg. I
have an up to date breezy installation, with the following versions:

xserver-xorg 6.8.2-42
xlibs 6.8.2-42
xlibs-data 6.8.2-42
xkeyboard-config 0.5-2
xbase-clients 6.8.2-10

xbase-clients can't be upgraded since there are missing packages in the
pool. Now, when I booted up yesterday morning, my keyboard stopped
working and it seems that the xkb extension cannot be loaded:

(**) Option "CoreKeyboard"
(**) Generic Keyboard: Core Keyboard
(**) Option "Protocol" "standard"
(**) Generic Keyboard: Protocol: standard
(**) Option "AutoRepeat" "500 30"
(**) Option "XkbRules" "xorg"
(**) Generic Keyboard: XkbRules: "xorg"
(**) Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
(**) Generic Keyboard: XkbModel: "pc105"
(**) Option "XkbLayout" "se"
(**) Generic Keyboard: XkbLayout: "se"
(**) Option "CustomKeycodes" "off"
(**) Generic Keyboard: CustomKeycodes disabled)
(II) XINPUT: Adding extended input device "Generic Keyboard" (type:
KEYBOARD)
(EE) Couldn't load XKB keymap, falling back to pre-XKB keymap

so I am stuck with a keyboard where I cannot type any of the Swedish
keyboard characters. I have been trying to look for an answer without
success, and setxkeybmap does not work neither

 setxkbmap
Couldn't interpret _XKB_RULES_NAMES property
Use defaults: rules - 'xorg' model - 'pc101' layout - 'us'
Couldn't find rules file (xorg)

Is there any way to fix the problem? Anyone that has an updated
xbase-clients? (Just in case that helps...)

Thanks for the help!
/Nacho
